Great for patch cables

Extremely small plugs that are very easy to solder and great to make custom jacks. especially great to make small patch cables for pedalboard.

A great budget alternative to expensive squareplu connestors. They are just a little thicker, much cheaper but great quality.

Mon nouveau standard pour les câbles patch

J'utilisais jusqu'ici les Hicon "pancake". Ils sont très biens mais ces REAN sont encore plus pratiques :
- Un peu plus petits (19mm contre 22mm) donc peuvent être utilisés sur des prises plus rapprochées telles que sur un loop switcher
- Esthétiquement réussis, ils ressemblent aux Squareplug (le graal mais 3x plus cher)
- Soudure un peu plus facile : sur les Hicon je trouve le pad de masse peu pratique
- Directement compatible avec du câble DC Tricone MK II, alors que sur les Hicon je rajoute deux couches de tube thermorétrécissant pour que les crans accrochent
- Fermeture un peu plus simple grâce à la bordure qui permet d'aligner directement les trous de vis
- Un peu moins cher ce qui n'enlève rien au vu de ce qui précède !
