I find the Remo Hazys hold their tuning and don't over stretch as easily as other brands can do over a longer period at such a high tension.

Remo 10" Reso snare head

I bought the 10" Millenium snare drum and from comments/feedback about the drum here on the Thomann site, I decided to put on quality heads top and bottom from the start. I have a old Premier 14" snare and I changed the bottom head for a reso head and it greatly improved the sound so I used the same head for my small snare and the sound is excellent. I recommend taking plenty of time to get the tuning right as on the 10" snare it was a bit more time consuming to get the right amount of response but I now have a great sounding snare that I use for live gigs in small venues where I can mike it up and really get the sound just right, I can highly reccommend this head it does exactly what its supposed to do. PS I use a Remo Emperor coated head on the top of the 10" snare again it gives great sound and works really well with the Reso head.

La peau de résonance qui convient pour des caisse claire de petite taille 10", assez facile à accorder, supporte les fortes tensions, elle a subit de nombreux concerts sans broncher, bref un classique.
