Recommended for use on Roland and BOSS products, this power supply could do with better quality cable insulation. With frequent use, the rigid coating on the DC output cable is prone to cracking where it meets the adapter, exposing the bare copper wire and eventually leading to a short circuit and possible damage to equipment. As a rule, I now wrap the cable with electrical tape to reinforce it. A more supple wire option would prolong the usable life of this product.

Doesn't filter mains hum effectively and also adds other noise
LiamG 12.01.2016
Bought 2 years ago to power a 'Roland Mobile Cube' (portable amp); I have noticed poor filtering of 50hz mains hum and also additional 'burbly' electronic noises, most likely added by the switched-mode power supply itself. I Did not return it at the time because, back then, I was less educated about such issues. In short, ignore the brand name and don't expect this to perform any better than an un-branded 10 Euro power supply. (Although maybe I got a bad one, who knows?)

Not so satisfied with Keytar
Marcxstation 10.12.2019
This was probably the second one I used with the Roland Lucina AX-09 synth. The cable broke twice. later I replaced it with a re-enforced cable. It's very weak. It's great for stationary use, (when I used for Roland Juno G), but sadly not so great for keytars.
