J'ai retourné deux fois ce produit pour un problème de serrures, il est absolument impossible de régler le code sécurité sur ces serrures pourtant classiques, dommage car ce produit est élégant, fin et semble robuste . toutefois je l'avais acheté dans le but de pouvoir voyager avec mon instrument en toute sécurité, sans intrusion possible dans mon étui, ce qui est impossible . Uniquement pour cela je le déconseille . J'aurai souhaité à chaque retour que Thomann analyse plus sérieusement mes commentaires, ce qui n'a pas été le cas !!!!
N'en pouvant plus j'ai gardé l'étui, qui me permets simplement de conserver un de mes violons dans une armoire . Ce n'était absolument pas le but !
