Good for synthetic reeds!
Helgr 25.01.2024
I bought this ligature on recommendation. The price at Thomann was good. I am quite happy with the tone, full and round with good control. I play it with the thickest metal plate that comes with the ligature. The two metal plates allow you to vary the tone and it's also worth a try to play without a plate at all. The handling of the ligature is very good. It doesn't slip around and the reed can be positioned easily and reliably. It therefore goes extremely well with the synthetic reeds from Legere. Although they are always very slippery, they are easy to attach to the mouthpiece. I am currently playing it on a Chedeville SAV 3 with Legere French cut. A very nice combination!

Top Blattschschraube
SaxT 26.10.2021
