I purchased this pickup after having seen a review of the Brad Paisley esquire that was fitted with it. I have installed this pickup in a Squier CV60s telecaster, and it matches with the bridge pickup just right. It was easy to install, with a quick change of pickguard to an esquire one. The tone of this pickup is fantastic, it can do a range of genres but is really nice for blues and Jazz. With the settings just right I can get an almost acoustic background sound which is really nice. This pick up also suits being driven and sounds lovely just on the edge of breaking up.

Konnte vor kurzem eine 2005 Fender Esquire Custom Shop erwerben. Den ‚pure look‘ mochte ich immer, die Schaltung dagegen weniger.
Deshalb der Secret Agent, der, bedingt durch den bündigen Einbau, deutlich weniger Signal erzeugt, aber sehr fein und charaktervoll klingt.
Im Zusammenspiel mit Mad Professors Twimble,
speziell dem Pre Drive, läßt sich die unterschiedliche Lautstärke zwischen Bridge- und Neckpickup stilvoll kompensieren.
Bin begeistert.
