Excellent quality as always from Sommer. I think Sommer cables really hit the spot with price vs quality. They are as good as anything out there and not crazy expensive like certain over-hyped brands of lesser quality.

Good for the money

I had slightly higher hopes for this cable. Looking back I should have spent more money and bought something that is more flexible, more shielded, with better connectors and better made. It works fine but it feels kind of cheap. I will always have use for cheaper cables (they can work great for footswitchs and the like) and that is what I will use this for.

I go back and forth on whether I like buying expensive cables. And in general I think most are worth the additional money. The color is useful for differentiating it. Overall it works fine, is reasonably quiet and does the job.

I got several sommer cable and they are all great in quality. However the 6.3mm Jack for most of them are too large and to me its unnecessary. The elasticity also is one of the import factor this cable wont tingle and will be nice and clear.

Avantage n°1 de ce câble :

Il est bleu ! Et cela n'a rien à voir avec l'esthétique puisque les couleurs rouge, vert, taupe ou saumon (soyons fous!) auraient le même intérêt : Différencier vos jacks !

Cela évite de confondre avec ceux des collègues lors du montage/démontage d'une scène !

Après, rien de fantastique, il s'agit d'un jack (pas la boisson hein !) de qualité correcte. Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs mois et je n'ai pas eu à déplorer de grésillements, la prise ne se dévisse pas comme cela peut arriver avec certains câbles.

Il se roule bien, fait bien son boulot et apporte un peu de couleur dans un monde saturé de noir.
