I never thought I'd be so excited getting a bag...but it's not just a bag. It's a TAMA bag!
I have used a similar Millenium case that in fairness, is still very good condition even after over 3 years but it lacked something.
I found this new good looking bag and I though "man that looks great". I wished I had taken the red one or the white ...but honestly the black looks slick and so posh. Suede fini on the zips and on the bottom corners, it really looks like a designer carry in suitcase.
Inside, the pouch specific for the pedal is nice and snug to accommodate my Iron Cobra and there's a room for another one if I want. That pouch is fitted with velcro so it can attache to the inside of the case, and ultimately won't move when you transport it (clever).
I use the spare space for accessories like a shaker, a microphone and few other bits.
There is a little pouch inside of the top flap to accommodate a pair of drumsticks, pretty handy for the "I-forgot-my-drumstick-bag!!!" type of emergency. Like a car insurance, you'll probably never need it but it's essential to have in case something happens.
The front zip pockets are vast and generous. I was able to place in there my in-ears, HH clutch, drum key, multi tool ...few other bits. The very front pocket is also useful for notes, batteries etc... whatever you want really, point is : it is very practical because it can hold all of your drum bits in 1 handy and good looking item.
I'm confident this case will last me 10 years+ and I recommend it to everyone who is gigging intensely, who loves their own gears, especially the BD pedal. You'll look like a million dollar drummer with this and feel confident that your stuff in there is nice and protected. Good job TAMA.
