Das Material (backed wood) ist sehr leicht. So eine Art zusammengeklebte Holzspäne. Es ist rau und stellenweise auch etwas uneben wäre aber bei Naturmaterial nicht anders. Natürlich kann man solch eine Form auch nur künstlich herstellen. Wenn es ein paar Tage liegt, dann klebt es schonmal am Untergrund aber es riecht (und schmeckt) nicht unangenehm wie andere Materialien. Der Ton entspricht fast genau einem E. Es spricht sehr gut an und auch, wenn ich kein sonderlich guter Spieler bin, kann ich mir gut vorstellen, was ein Profi damit alles anstellen kann. Man braucht sehr wenig Luft um den Ton zu halten. Ein guter Kauf.
