Very good value for money, when compared with other straps.

I use this strap with my bass guitar, gigging every weekend with my band.

Pros:
1. Price, most affordable strap, cheaper than most products available in local stores.
2. Durability, has survived many gigs. The material is robust and I have great faith in it over the fabric usually used for cheap guitar straps.
3. Break-ability, this strap does not contain any plastic parts, usually the first item to break on a standard strap. For me this is it's biggest selling point. The tie wrap used to secure the neck is very durable and I have great faith this strap will last me through many more gigs, it is truly one of the great Thomann buys available. I would suggest picking up a spare one to have during gigs but only i you havent got a Thomann one already.

Cons
1. The only negative thing I can say about this strap is the comfort. Its very hard to wear the strap bare-chested as the side of the strap cuts into your chest. This is a consequence of the durable material, and is an acceptable trade-off, it is possible to cover the strap with an aftermarket cushion to protect it from chafing yourself.

All in all, I would buy this product again over any other strap.

M
A solid leather strap for an unbeatable price.
Mofosir 05.01.2018
I bought this to complement my white blonde tele that arrived just a couple of hours ago, and it suits it well. Couple of things though - it's not quite the same color that is shown on the pictures, quite a bit darker. Also, the underside is not cream brown but of nearly the same color that the strap itself. While I wish that it was lighter, it's not an issue since it still looks pretty good. The leather definitely feels sturdy, seems like it should last quite a while. Length of the strap is sufficient for my needs, but if You are a tall bloke, or quite hefty, or both, and You like to keep Your guitar a la Hetfield low, it might be a tad short. That being said, I'm 1.76 and it gets low enough for me. The strap button holes are well cut, though the top one (nearest to the neck) was slightly small, and barely fit. Not really a complaint, since once it's on it's not getting off by accident. The only word of warning I have concerns the edges of this strap - not the softest, I imagine it could irritate Your skin a bit if You were to wear it shirtless. Straps with padding are much more comfortable, but obviously are much pricier. Other than that, a great strap, would recommend!

ME
Funny story this one
Michael E. 854 14.12.2015
This was my first leather strap so I was blown away by how wide it was and it did look quite comfortable. I was a little bit wrong on that one. The first thing that happened was that the strap was a little too short for me (I'm 6ft tall and it made my arm tire quicker from have to have it sitting on the body) But I could have lived with that. The second thing to happen was I actually had to resort to wearing hoodies when I was using it because the sides of it were like sandpaper and kept putting irritating marks that were like burns on my neck. The third thing was that mid gig the last time I used it I thought it had come off during a guitar solo so I was balancing it on my knee but it turns out the strap had snapped near the bottom. Had to play the remainder of the gig with two shoe laces tied together, That's always fun. This strap was not my cup of tea, It didn't feel cheap or anything but I'm a big guy so I just found it very uncomfortable
