Hi I just received my recent item Thon case for Akai Force and it has many marks of damages. This is the second item I have ordered from the site. MY previous item On Stage mix had a slight defect on it aswell which I thought was one off but after receiving this second item from the site with damages I would like to make a you aware and put a formal complaint and hope to receive some kind of compensation for these faulty/ damaged items. If you would like to receive further details on the faulty/ damaged of the items I do have photos and videos I can post to you via email.

Das einzige was zu kritisieren gäbe - aber auch das ist reine Haarspalterei - sind die Verschlüsse, die man mit der zweiten Hand etwas festhalten, dann drücken muß und dann zum schließen drehen. Nochmal: alles wunderbar. reine Gewöhnungssache. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Ça fait le boulot sans problème et l'appareil est très bien protégé.
Mes deux réserves sont:
- Le système de fermeture par papillon est pénible à utiliser. On ne peut pas faire ça les yeux fermés et il faut bien guider la griffe dans l'encoche
- Il aurait été sympa de déplacer les 4 trous dans la mousse vers le bas, de façon à pouvoir transporter l'appareil avec les câbles (dont l'alim) toujours branchés

Toute cela n'est pas rédhibitoire pour autant.
