The sound of SD3 is insane. This thing is extremely realistic. You can control pretty much every parameter you can imagine like mike bleed, alternate hits, etc.
It takes a bit to get used to tho, the UI is somewhat confusing at the beginning and it takes a while to unlock the whole potential of SD3. There are some very good tutorials online tho.
I do wish the standard library came with a little bit more variation instead of having to buy the expansions for it. You have some very good kits but in the end, it's the same configuration for all of them and you always "record" on the same room, so while the drums sound different, the room is always the same.
