Guter Ersatz für Gretsch Broadthron

Ich habe für meine Gretsch Streamliner G2622 einen Ersatz des Neck PUs gesucht, da der verbaute Broadthron für mich zu undifferenziert/ muffig klingt.
Für meine Ohren ist der Tausch perfekt aufgegangen. Der Powerthron hat genug Output, um gegen den Bridge Broadthron zu bestehen.
Sowohl clean als auch angezerrt nun viel differenzierter und fetter. TV Jones bietet für den Tausch auch die erforderlichen Rahmen an.
Bin insgesamt auch trotz des höheren Preissegmentes voll zufrieden.

Filtertron mit PAF vereint

Der PowerTron ist TV Jones heißester Pickup. Er klingt wie ein guter Vintage PAF Style Humbucker mit dem typischen Charakter, Twang und Top End eines Filtertron Pickups. Wer etwas mehr Dampf in seiner Gretsch Style Gitarre sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
