This ais a very good plastic reed. Stronger then a blue Vandoren 2, maybe 2 1/4 (but is not 1/4 in Vandoren). Clear sound, good response, qualityand pack.

Es ersetzt ein Holzblatt nicht zu 100 % - weniger warm und flexibel im Sound.
Aber es ist eine praktische Ergänzung und prima für Kinder, die schlecht mit den empfindlichen Holzblättern umgehen. Auf der Bassklarinette erreicht man mit einem Bari einen interessanten, schnarrigen Sound (John Surman spielt Bari auf der BCL)
