Noisy cable
Le Paulo 09.04.2020
I thought there was a problem with my guitar using this cable but I soon realised that the cable itself was the one picking up (or creating) a lot of buzz and hum in my recordings.

This cable produced enough noise to drown out the sound of the guitar itself - it's easy enough to test: plug the cable into the amp or sound card and leave it disconnected from the guitar. Some cables (like this one) act like an antenna and pick up signals and noise from the surrounds. Other (better) cables do not and are silent (or very close).

This cable picks up a lot of noise and EM. The cable is shielded but the shielding can't be very good. That's to be expected for this price but makes the cable a bad choice if you care at all about sound fidelity.

I can't recommend it.

Durable & reliable

I bought a set of these cables 3 years ago and they are still going strong.
I have used them regularly for connecting various synthesizers and effects into mixers both at my studio and for live gigs, plugging things in and out and trying out new patches, and have not had any problems at all. I have owned a lot of cheap and crappy cables in my life and decided at some point that I should invest in something a bit better, and these cables have definitely not disappointed me. They would probably be the right balance between quality and price for anyone who is a working musician or engineer and does not need gold standard.

Reliable and Sturdy

Excellent built quality, the 90 degree angle on this one allows you to use it easily with a guitar or el. Violin. It's great, nothing more to say

Honestly, it's a no brainer easy type of purchase when you need a short good quality cable with no noisy surprises. The outside material is a flexible rubber, would probably not withstand any major pulling or crushing. I use it for recording right next to my interface.
