Paired with a Super Distortion in the bridge.. they're an awesome combo.. I've them both in my Tokai Love Rock (brilliant Les Paul Copy) a vast improvement over the standard PAF's. Highly recommended for that classic rock and hard rock sound. They sound ok clean too. Very hot pickups to my ears. Definately worth it and this is the first time I've upgraded pickups in a guitar.. They suit a Les Paul type guitar very well or a basswood bodied guitar if used as a neck pickup.

Thomann's service was second to none as per usual
I bought one of these purely as a pairing for a Super Distortion in the bridge of my Gibson Les Paul and i'd heard very little in regards to reviews. But i've got to say this thing is incredible as not only a paired pickup but by itself too. Couldn't be happier!

Put this pickup in your neck on your Ibanez rg and the guitar just sang ! I'm thrilled . Paired with super distortion, it sounds both cutoff and parallel-smooth, beautiful, gorgeous sustain.Recommend.

Super two is the brighter "brother" of one of the most iconic DI Marzio pick ups, the Super Distortion (aka dual sound).
Compared to the SD it's more high mid oriented, making it good for neck placement.
High output make it perfect for heavy rock and metal, but it sounds great for blues too.
With a coil tap or series/parallel switch it become very versatile and suitable for lighter music too.
