Safe and sound

When these straploks are attached to an instrument I'm about to use or abuse, I KNOW they stay attached to it. I've been using another brand for many years, but the nut tended to loosen due to active playing and a couple of times the instrument was close to hitting the floor. Hard.

With Dunlops version though, I feel a lott safer since there ARE no nuts that hold the lock in place and so no loosening can occur. Very good!

Great product.

I have a few guitars and basses and all of them have these fitted as standard. Been using them for years. Personally, I have a preference for the Dunlops over the Schaller variety in that while they're just as secure, the removal of the strap from the guitar is just simpler with the Dunlops.

Don't want to see your guitar coming off the strap? Then buy Straploks.

Excellent strap-locks. I have them on all my guitars, so I keep one strap for all guitars. A few caveats: after some time, the button won't unlock and you (I) will struggle to take the strap off of guitar. It may be because of the age, dirt, whatever. I didn't noticed anything wrong on the parts, it just doesn't unlock! Maybe the grease inside gets old and sticky and the small balls of the mechanism don't move any longer. Other than that (which is kinda important), they are okay.

AT
The Best Strap Lock!

I have tried many types of strap locks, and the dunlop Straplok is the one I always come back to. Yes, it is one of the more expensive strap locks on the market, but it really is worth the security of knowing you're guitar isn't going to fall off at any moment. I use these on most of my guitars and would recommend them to anyone :]
