Hallo
Ich suchte einen Ersatz für die mauen Seymour Duncans auf meiner LTD H401-M (Richtung Superstrat mit 2 Humbucker)deren Bespielbarkeit ich sehr schätze. Ziel: Es sollte schon in die Richtung Rock und Metal gehen. Sicherlich haben aktive EMGs mehr Output....aber mit einem Helix zb. bekommt man trotzdem einen variablen Sound hin. Der Neck PU könnte eine Spur mehr "Charakter" vertragen. Der Bridge PU rockt richtig gut.
Das Kabel Stecksystem ist klasse, aber ich fand es mega ärgerlich das in der Beschreibung nicht auf einen benötigten Switch hingewiesen wurde. Der kostete dann nochmal 35€ extra.
Kleiner Nebeneffekt: Auf meiner Mahagony Decke der LTD sehen die Hammer aus!
Ich werde trotzdem meine Lötstation nicht einmotten.
Aber wie gesagt. Kaufempfehlung.
