It won't fall apart, but that's the only good thing here, the tubes on the bottom aren't welded on symmetrically, so there's a bit of a wobble going on, and the holes for the rubber nubs on the bottom of those tubes face the ground on one side, but they point significantly towards the left on the other side. I drilled some new holes for the nubs, so now they make proper contact with the ground, but the wobble is still there, so I cut a little piece off of one nub on the other side, it's very stable now. All the parts that allow you to adjust the stand work perfectly fine and are easy to operate.
