It Gets The Job Done
Daire. 09.08.2023
As a predominantly tenor player, been asked to play bass trombone in the orchestra comes up now and again. I didn't want to go spending upwards of 80 euro for a standard Vincent Bach 1-1/2G or 1-1/4G, so decided to bite the bullet and purchase the mouthpiece because of the price.
I'm glad to say the mouthpiece is a very nice fit for my playing. The rim is a little more rounded than a Vincent Bach but not as much as a Schilke. The trigger range is excellent but does start to thin out going upwards of the D above middle C.
Overall for the price it is definitely worth the purchase, even for those starting out on bass trombone and don't have the funds for a high spec mouthpiece.

Kein SM
