Great guitar with a solid wood top
Lacman 10.07.2021
The guitar is of excellent quality with excellent sound, both acoustic and sounded. The neck is a bit thicker, but to me it is perfect as with more expensive Takamine guitars plus well-done frets. The setup was already done so I didn't have to adjust anything.
Preamp with integrated tuner is a special story because the tuner works perfectly and has everything you need for a live gig.

Pros:
Great guitar, sound and no flaws, great neck, fretsand machine heads, the workmanship and the preamp works perfectly, plus the battery is on the bottom of the guitar so if it leaks by any chance it won't damage the electronics.
Cons:
nothing for now.

For this money you can't find a better guitar, my sincere recommendation.

Big Sound

This guitar is a beast. Will need to get a proper set up done after being shipped over seas (as expected). So look to spend an extra $100 but it is well worth the effort and price. The frets needed dressing and I installed a bone nut/saddle to replace the plastic and it sounds/plays like a dream. Other than the frets, the build quality is perfect. Still amazes me that they can sell these guitars at this price!

Great Build, but lacking in proper setup
Custom Guitar Picks 05.09.2020
Great Bang for your buck guitar, but if you know nothing about how to setup a guitar, maybe look elsewhere, My Harley Benton Custom Line was in desperate need of some TLC, and now that i have spent some time oiling neck, dressing frets and doing a proper set up she is good to go, and is definitly worth what it $$ me just some info for other customers, MY history is 40 years on guitar and always working on them, so maybe a beginner might not notice the things i did

Guitar quality is average
Shark-Man-1981 12.01.2021
Use - for home.
The sound for the price category is good.
The overall quality of the guitar is not very good. The neck of the guitar had a hump at the point of attachment to the body. The master corrected this flaw. But it was frustrating to get such a tool with a problematic neck. There were defects in the neck attachment - a small crack from the resonator to the neck.
The neck is not comfortable - too thick, the YAMAHA 310 is more comfortable, but this is a matter of taste. The pream and tuner are normal. The tuners are weak.
General conclusion: 1. Price - quality 3/5, 2. Price - Sound 4/5. Better to find something more expensive. Don't look for a guitar that is too cheap and hopes for a good quality ... I'm a little disappointed with the acoustic guitars from Harley Banton. This is the third guitar of this company. Before that, there were good guitars, but they cost more.
