I love the sound of these, been playing them on alto and tenor for a while now. Can be punishing for the inside of the lip (especially tenor) if they are pushed to the extreme but the overtones and fatness of tone are completely worth the "pain" :-)
(You don't actually need to push them that hard to get that tone)

these are my go to gigging reeds, playing sax professionally 30+ years and absolutely love my Fiberreed carbon reed! has never let me down and last way way longer than the cane reeds that I have given up on

Nothing like a cane reed

This reed doesn't sound good at all. It sounds too bright and thin. It's not responsive either. It squeltches often and its very hard to control. It supose to be around 2 1/2 thick but it feels thinner than the v16 2 1/2 that I regularly use. If you want to use a plastic reed you better choose legere.
