Highly recommend

This for me is the perfect snare stand. It's sturdy but not too heavy which makes transportation easy. It's built with good quality and care. The ball adjust system is my favourite thing about it. It makes adjusting the angle of the snare/tom/timbale as easy as possible and allows for all playing techniques - tilted backwards for tradition grip, towards you to get that fat snare/no rim shot sound, or completely flat to get those rim shots.
You can also throw a towel over the basket and rest some hand percussion on it.
I highly recommend this piece of hardware - it's very good value for money.

Feels like a more expensive stand, the only thing i don't really like is the snare basket size adjustment, it's just metal on metal contact, that makes it rough to adjust, even more if it's tight on the snare, the Pearl S-930 is much better on this regards, since it has a rubber ring that makes the adjustment ridiculously smooth.

Otherwise, the stand feels great, just consider if you really need the ball joint, i don't think it's worth it, at least in this price point, the aforementioned Pearl S-930 feels much better.

Stability at first.

Very stable and sturdy snare stand. It's a bit heavy for gigs, but for a studio set is No.1. The joints and the bolts are high quality.

Great stand with one failure

This stand is heavy, sturdy, holds firmly my heavy bronze snare. Zero slippage. The height adjustment is quite good, but the lowest point might be higher than you'd like (check the construction). It would be a perfect stand if not for it's only but big issue. The snare basket tightener is tricky to use, and you have to use considerable force to use it under a heavier load (aka heavy snare). My Millenium 801X Pro does a much better job with this. Overall, a very good stand with an issue.
