Very Disappointed
Anonymous 08.03.2016
I bought this bag 3 months ago and the first thing I noticed was that the shoulder straps were not attached as shown in the misleading pictures, but they needed to be strapped on and secured using a carabiner. I was not pleased to discover this because it wasn't what I was showed on the site and it just looked and felt a bit weak. Today however I hadn't realised the strap had come off causing all the weight to rest on the carabiner and after a whole day it snapped. Now I understand that failing to realise the strap had come off is my fault but the only reason i bought this case was for the shoulder straps and now one of them is broken so the bag is useless to me. So please upload a photo that shows how they really work cause personally I wouldn't have bought this bag had I known. This is an expensive bag and I expect everything to be perfect. Its sad to see a good company like Rockbag realising they have the monopoly and thinking they can drop the quality like this and mislead customers. Very disappointed

Nice!

Got no complains, have owened a MONO bass bag before and i think this one is a competitor but not that close. You got options to hold it like suitcase or wear it like school bag.

Confusing velcro
Dabaze 06.10.2022
The velcro on the shoulder straps seems very unusable. The straps are held on metal rings so when you pull on them the velco gets undone. Also the velcro on the neck strap(inside) is ery misplaced. I cant use it to strap the neck in place. If I stick the velcro its just very loose.

Am I doing something wrong

Decent gig bag, but maybe a little too pricey
Victoria E. 19.01.2015
A good quality gig bad that seems hard wearing, although the stitching has come undone on the zip tags, so I ended up cutting them off. No big deal and the rest of the case seems solid, but I cant help feeling it may be a little overpriced.
