I used this velcro on my new pedalboard. I thoroughly cleaned it with alcohol before to ensure that the velcro would stick...which it did not.
The adhesive was very weak, often pulling off my pedals and the board.
It even seemed to not stick at all, some of the corners came loose even before attaching the pedals.
I ended up having to glue the velcro to the board and too the pedals.
Even after glueing the actual velcro grip is weak. I have ordered a different kind of velcro from Thomann and we will see. This velcro experiment is going in the bin...its a pity that I bought 5m of it.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Cheap, poor quality
Spend the money and get better quality.

I've purchased this tape in spring 2017 to complete my hand made pedalboard (you know, changings are frequent in guitarist' pedalboard....) not finding in my usual brico shop the one I had taken some months before. I think I can have an equilibrate opinion about its use and I have to say that when temperatures has goneup with summertime, problems has begun to show. Briefly, the section of pedalboard in which I've used this tape simply were ... not stable. The glue seems to be not strong enough and not resistant when you go over 28 degrees, so that the weight of the pedals makes it moves a lot, till the pedal and the tape loosen from the wood pedalboard structure. My old tape was very stable, despite the fact it was placed some 1 years befor. So, I think I wouln't purchase it anymore
