mixed feelings..

sold my PowerStage 700 because I needed something smaller. Now I wish I hadn't.
The input PREAMP CLIP protection is so sensitive that when using my Synergy Syn2 fx loop, it requires very little to overload the input and cut off sound. As it is now, it's useless.
The PowerStage 700 didn't do this, ever.
I hope I got a Friday version and somebody else doesn't have this problem- Mine is going back to Thomann - sadly.
PS: Seymour Duncan support confirmed that the input requires instrument level and will not manage line levels so beware...

Pas déçu, bon son et bonne qualité

Ancien possesseur d'un Harley Benton GPA-400 qui faisait bien le taf et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, je cherchais un ampli de puissance guitare plus compact.
Mon choix s'est doc porté sur le Seymour Duncan PowerStage 100 Stereo.
Je ne regrette pas cet achat.
Déjà, il inspire confiance au point de vue robustesse et la réputation de Seymour Duncan n'est plus à faire.
Sa puissance de 100 watts permet de couvrir toutes les situations et ses réglages d'équalisation sont très efficaces et permettent de peaufiner le son en fonction du baffle utilisé.
Le rendu est excellent avec mon Quad Cortex et le son n'est vraiment pas dénaturé.
Si le prix ne vous rebute pas, foncez !!!
