SKB V styled case is more than acceptable for any V shaped guitar.
Didn't quite fit as snug as the new Gibson case I recently acquired but..more than acceptable.

SKB Case
Niklas7661 20.01.2014
The SKB 58 flying v case was a perfect fit for my Dean V79.
It is a well built, roadworthy hardcase and it has five snaplocks and a key lock that secures the lid to the bottom of the case. The inside provides a tight fit for your guitar and plenty of room for a big headstock. It also has a space under a lid beneath the neck which is perfect for your little bits and pieces, like picks, straps, tuners etc. Carrying a guitar around in this case is a joy in comparison to other hardshell cases, due to its form and light construction.
Having done lots of gigs and many miles on the road with my guitar in this case I can safely recommend this case to anyone who wants to protect their instrument!

YES!!
Finally found a case that's not totally overpriced and still fits for my Jackson King V!
Great and secure locking and easy to care around!
Been searcing for alternatives here in sweden but no one?! could find a case that fitted!
So again, Really good case for a more than overcommable price!

Solid Case, Poor Locks
TARushton 10.04.2019
I've had this for 2 years now and I haven't broken a guitar yet. It's been used on flights and other travels with no issues so far, however I do wrap everything in bubble wrap as well to be safe after seeing some nightmares so that may have some influence.
It's pretty balanced so as long as you pack it right don't expect to be dragging the headstock or body along the floor.
The only major downside is the locking latch which is extremely cheap as mine broke within a few months but the rest of the case is solid!

SOLID!

Rock solid case and amazing quality. Doesn't quite fit my 67 V snug like it shows in the picture but definitely won't do it any harm. Bit pricey but worth it if you're going to be touring a lot.
