The cleanning is good, but unfortunately, in short time after started using it, the rubber / plastic end caps are getting loose, and so the sharp steel wire ends are scratching the inside of the saxophone's neck.

Good neck moisture control.
Anonymous 14.07.2016
Don't fall in the rookie's mistake to clean the sax with one of these wire swab. This item is to be used after a cloth swab is used to control the moisture during storage and transport. It keeps moisture away from the octave key hole, preventing any water damage to the pad and inner bore lacquer.
A bit pricey but it sure does a job well done. Do not use it to clean the neck but to control the moisture in the hardware.

Fluff everywhere!
Anonymous 18.07.2016
Use this on my alto sax but wish i had gone for a better one. The problem is just that the stands come off very easily and leave bits of fluff in the sax. It does a good job cleaning though so if you dont mind the fluff, go for it.
