Good quality, good value

I thought at first that 23 euros was a lot to pay for a metal slide, but this slide is really good and I think good value. I thought that I had smallish fingers but this is a large slide and I play it on my ring finger. The design is quite clever with a cut out piece so you can bend your finger quite easily whilst playing and a notch/groove at the top end to let your adjacent finger snuggle in close for extra support and to help (damper) the strings. It has quite a good weight and is a robust and well crafted piece of equipment, its heavier than I am used to, but I really like the weight now I am getting used to playing with it. Great little slide !!!

Ich habe bisher ein relativ schweres Slide aus Messing benutzt. Das Rock-Slide klingt durch die breite Wand wärmer. Die Aussparungen machen Sinn.
Ist jetzt mein ständiger Begleiter.

Très bon bottleneck

L'arthrite déformant mes doigts, j'ai dû changer mon bottleneck pour un modèle plus large. Celui-ci est très efficace, le bronze et son épaisseur donnant un son agréable et précis, sans les crissements d'un modèle en inox. Il donne avec facilité des sons de blues solides. Il est cependant un peu lourd. Je conseillerai aux utilisateurs de privilégier la taille L, porbablement un peu plus légère, si leurs doigts le leur permettent.

The cut-out allows the slide to sit much better than straight cut slides. The sound is as expected: rich in overtones through brass.
