Excellent quality raw-material for home-made cables
emcgon 27.12.2018
Perhaps an odd thing to get excited about, but when I'm not playing music I'm an electronics geek and so I make lots of my own instrument and microphone cables. This stuff is great. The outer coating is thick and very flexible. It isn't at all inclined to twist or tangle. Good quality connectors (I only use Neutrik) grip it very well. There is plenty of copper inside for both the inner conductor and the shield. I always have a supply of this on hand for when I need to whip up a cable quickly. Thomann's microphone cable (with two inner conductors and a cotton strength member) is equally awesome, but that's a different review.

lightweight, flexible, durable enough, guitar or violin I think needs a little more expensive cables, but in most cases - a very good choice is this one.

Great quality instrument cable. Ideal for making up custom length cables for pedal boards etc. No cons.

Good Cable

I bought this cable for connections in a rack, so i did not plug the cable in and out very often.
It is sad, that the isolation of the inner cables melt very fast when you braze the cable to a plug. So you should be a bit trained in brazing.
