Inexpensive, versatile

Thomann's double gig bag has a lot of great little pockets to put your guitar gear. It's perfect for acoustic + electric but you can't fit a semi-hollow body in the outer bag so if you have a semi-hollow body (Casino, Gibson E-335, Grestch, etc), you'll have to fit that one in the bigger bag and another electric or something else in the outer bag.
I ended up fitting my Casino in the bigger bag and a lapsteel guitar in the outer bag (+ a multi effect pedal and a cello bow) so the bags are quite versatile to fit any kind of stuff. It also has loads of little cool pockets to save cables, picks, capos, slides and whatnot.
Naturally it's quite bulky so don't expect to look too cool with this bag on your back but it's perfect to carry around loads of equipment and keeping your hands free (for carrying more equipment...).

A
Game-changer!
AdamK95 04.05.2023
Overall, I think it's a great bag - it looks good, it's well-padded, and it's really practical. However, you should be aware of what type of guitars will fit in it.

The bag is designed to fit a regular-sized electric guitar, like a Strat or a Les Paul, and an acoustic guitar. And it does a great job of that - both of my guitars fit in there really comfortably, even a jumbo acoustic is fine and it even has plenty of padding to protect both of them. But I did want to try to fit my semi-hollow electric guitar in there, and unfortunately, it just wouldn't fit.

If you have a semi-hollow electric guitar, you might want to look for a bag that's specifically designed to accommodate that type of guitar.

That being said, I'm really happy with it. The bag is well-made and really practical, and it's made transporting my guitars a lot easier.

The storage space on this bag - there's a lot of it! In addition to the main compartment that fits the guitars, there are several other pockets that are perfect for storing accessories. The front pocket is particularly spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could even fit my laptop in there along with all tje accessories. This makes the bag even more practical for me, as I often need to bring my laptop with me to gigs and rehearsals.

Overall, despite the fact that my Gretsch Streamliner didn't fit in it, I'm really happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend giving this one a try. It's a gamechanger for me!

Double gigbag

Thomann E-&A-Guitar Double Gigbag, what a cracking gig bag, the acoustc side realy does fit a full size acoustic guitar, I can now choose to take my dreadnaught 12 string, or my Jumbo acoustic . The electric side takes a strat or les paul, even my electric resonator with a deeper body has no problem. The straps are good and solid zippers work fine . A big plus for me is the top pocket fits my fluit case. Anything that cuts down the amount of trips to and from the car when gigging is a benefit, this allows me to carry two guitars and a flute on my back with both hands free for speakers etc, house to car, car into venue, venue to car, car to house, thats four trips less per gig than I was doing . I'm happy with it and it keeps the guitars well protected, also if I only need one guitar for a gig, I use the extra room for trailing sockets, power leads, instrument and mic leads, etc. Glad I bought it.

Such a handy solution.

I use this as my main gig bag, acoustic & electric on board. Has taken a lot of abuse. Can be very heavy so be warned!
Some slight fraying around the shoulder straps, but that may be just because my guitars are so heavy.
