Fitted these to my Stormshadow Tele, and have been quite happy with them. They're a little hotter than some, but still fundamentally a Tele pickup, so bright and twangy, but with a bit more going on in the mids.
If you play really clean, or for some other reason want a lower output pickup, then you might prefer the Nocaster set, which is a tiny bit sweeter, but if you want to play a more varied range of styles including heavy rock, then this set is ideal. When you add overdrive, these have a little bit less of that scratchiness you can get with Tele pickups. With the tone rolled back a bit, you can play metal on these, but they'll still do a nice country clean.
Quality wise, they're 100%, as you would expect from Fender.
