I've had a Pacifica 112VM for over 10 years and have modded it and almost worn out the frets playing it, a great guitar.

Unfortunately, this one arrived with, in my opinion, an unacceptable flaw at the neck pocket, which shouldn't have gotten through Yamaha's quality control inspection.

Really good guitar at this price point. I think it looks amazing. The factory stringing was very good and guitar was tuned very well. Great playability. Good choice for beginners to intermediate.

Bought two of these in different colors. Will probably need some extra adjustment (intonation, string height) but the quality and the looks are amazing. Great sound, no buzzing. A quality Yamaha product.

Gute Einsteigergitarre Good beginner guitar

Die Qualitätskontrolle bei Yamaha hat ganze Arbeit geleistet. Die frets sind perfekt gefeilt und poliert, das finish hat keinerlei Makel und die Gitarre war fast optimal eingestellt. Die Werksbesaitung war recht gut.

Der Klang ist für das Preissegment gut aber nicht herausragend. Den Pickups fehlt es ein wenig an Dampf und der Coilsplitt dämpft die Lautstärke leider etwas zu stark.
Das Tremolo sollte man allerdings lieber sofort wegpacken und vergessen, das ist kaum zu gebrauchen. Nutzt man es nicht ist die Gitarre aber überraschend stimmstabil.

Preis/Leistung geht voll in Ordnung

Quality control at Yamaha did a great job. The frets are perfectly filed and polished, the finish has no flaws and the guitar was set up almost optimally. The factory stringing was quite good. The sound is good for the price segment but not outstanding. The pickups lack a little steam and the coil split unfortunately dampens the volume a little too much. However, it's better to put the tremolo away immediately and forget it, it's hardly usable. If you don't use it, the guitar is surprisingly stable in tune. Price/performance is completely okay
